I really wanted to go to the CSS workshop, however it was full when I signed up for the conference. Instead, I ended up attending the Web Accessibility workshop.
Anyways, if you’re looking for my notes you can get them right here:

Today’s 2 sessions from the HighEdWebDev 2005 conference were quite good. Over the past 2 days, I attended 10 sessions. Two of those were session winners for those tracks. There were 2 tracks that I was not able to attend on the other days, so i attended them today.
Onwards and upwards – Here are the notes from 2 of the winning sessions that I had not attended the other days.

So, I’m at the HighEdWebDev 2005 conference at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. At the momemnt I’m gleaning some information about RSS, Blogs, Podcasting, Wikis, etc.
Here are a few sites that are of interest for those wanting to find feeds, etc.

Well, after about 3.5 hour drive, I finally made it to Rochester. I decided to do the drive, instead of take the ferry. I ended up getting a Pontiac Grand AM LS. Decent car. Glad it had cruise control. 94km on the I-90 straight driving…
It was a very easy drive, $3.25 for highway tolls (in the US), 1/2 a tank of gas, and about 370km.
I only had maps on my PPC for Ontario, so I could only use my GPS for about 1/2 the way. It’s a good thing I had directions printed off from Google maps. I need to get the maps for North America.
The motel room is decent. No complaints. Looks like it was recently renovated.
It’s a shame I couldn’t get a room at the conference centre where the convention is. There’s an indoor pool, tons of stuff to do, etc. Oh well, maybe next time.
