		<description>Hey Dave, just wanted to let you know they&#039;ll often lock the front door once they get to the inside finishing stage (drywall, tiling, etc.) - don&#039;t fret, as they often leave the back sliding or garden door open for the trades, just most people don&#039;t think to try it, or don&#039;t want to get muddy heading to the back of the house.  Just wanted to let you know you can still sneak in after it&#039;s all locked up!  Also a good way to sneak into your soon-to-be neighbours houses and find out what they&#039;ve got going on...not that I did that or anything...!</description>
