Rosalee and I headed over to the house today to check out the progress. We have windows, and front doors. I was able to get into the house and take a look at the framing. Everything looks how it should – which is a good sign.

Well, it’s about a week since the last visit to the house.
The update – we have a 3rd floor now, as well as the roof framing. I would imagine that within a week, we’ll have shingles, and they’ll be starting on the the brick shortly afterwards.

Well, it looks like the house is going up fast. Within a week, they’ve done the framing on our ground floor (basement) and about half of our second floor (main floor). Where will we be in a week from now?

So, our foundation has been poured. They put in the wrong size window for our basement. We ordered a larger window because we’ll be setting up a studio for Rosalee down there, and we thought it would give more light, as well as more air.
