So stupid... To PM... go to BestBuy and PM TigerDirect! :-) BB told me that they would not give an extra 10% unless I could prove that TD was an authorized reseller. So I told them to load up the Jabra website, and take a look at their list of resellers. BB wasn't even on it. So they gave me the 10% extra! It's a shame that it wasn't that great... oh well... I've never tested this one myself, but Have been WANTING to do so. I would've returned it for another unit claiming defective product.
