Or was it genuine and one of the initial batches that were defective? I've used a genuine H700 and in fact STILL do. It is marvelous for the price point. imho, the BEST Moto released thusfar. Great weight:floppy ratio. I even dealt with Moto USA for the warantee repair and was MOST impressed with them when I initially found out my first was the defective one. My new one as I said is still working Great. Did you buy a fake?
