So, we’ve had 12 showings in 10 days. No offers yet. One of the agents had come twice - not sure if it’s with the same client or not.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see when and for how much the offer will be…

Well, since the house is now finalized - YAY - it’s time for the house to go on the market. The condo went up on the TREB system this past Friday. It ended up showing up on MLS some point on Saturday.

Since then, I’ve setup the virtual tour photos, multimedia, etc.

Today is day 6 that it’s been on the market, and we’ve had 6 showings thus far, and another one booked for tomorrow.

Hopefully the people are taking a look at the other 2 corner-units for sale in the building so that they can see the value of mine.
